Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into between PlayersLoot Limited, located at unit 2a, 17/f, Glenealy Tower no.1 Glenealy Central, Hong Kong, and the user ("User") accessing or using the digital products and services provided by the Company.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Company's digital products and services, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as any additional terms and conditions provided by the Company.

2. Description of Services

The Company provides digital products and services, including buying and selling in-game items, gold, accounts, boosting and coaching. The User understands and agrees that the Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time, without prior notice.

3. User Obligations

The User agrees to abide by all applicable laws and regulations when using the Company's products and services. The User shall not engage in any activities that may cause harm to the Company or other users, including but not limited to:
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Uploading or transmitting malicious code or harmful content
  • Impersonating another person or entity
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities

The User agrees to pay all applicable fees and charges for the products and services provided by the Company. Payment methods, billing cycles, and refund policies will be specified separately by the Company.

5. Intellectual Property

The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in its intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets associated with its products and services. The User agrees not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from the Company.

6. Limitation of Liability

The User acknowledges that the use of the Company's products and services is at their own risk. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the products and services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

The Company is committed to protecting the User's privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The Company's Privacy Policy will outline how personal data is collected, used, and disclosed.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

9. Modifications to the Agreement

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. The User will be notified of any material changes to the Agreement. Continued use of the Company's products and services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the User concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, discussions, or representations, whether written or oral.
By using the Company's products and services, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
