Refund Policy

PlayersLoot allows buyers to request refunds for products under reasonable conditions.
We will issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • Products not received: The products were not fully delivered to the buyers within the scheduled delivery time. In this case, the buyers can apply for a refund.
  • Repeat payment: The buyers made repeated payment to one order. In this case, we can respect the buyer's willingness to give a refund. We will refund one of the payments, or multiple payments (The premise is that the order is not delivered.).
  • Sometimes we need your assistance to verify payment information. If you refuse it or do not respond to our request within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded immediately. For account orders, if you do not complete verification within 2 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
  • When your payment amount is less than the order amount, you will have the opportunity to make up the balance. If you refuse it or do not respond within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
  • Product received by the buyer does not match the description of it.
  • Due to the nature of virtual goods, buyers do not need to pay any shipping cost for refunds.

In the following cases, We can not refund to buyers:

  • Completed delivery: the products have been delivered to the buyer as agreed and the buyer has verified and confirmed the receipt of the order.
  • Transactions made outside of PlayersLoot.
  • Refunds will not be issued due to buyer's dissatisfaction with the product, mistakenly purchased items and never report the issue to PlayersLoot support team within 72 hours and in the scenario that the buyer's computer does not meet the minimum Product requirements.
  • By purchasing any products at PlayersLoot, the buyer understands, acknowledges and accepts this release of liability.
  • PlayersLoot does not cover fraudulent claims. We reserve the right to take legal actions and permanently suspend a buyer's account for filing fraudulent claims.
  • Unpaid Order: The buyer is not allowed to apply for a refund for the unpaid order.
  • For any reason other than the reasons listed above in "We will issue refund under the following conditions".
Buyers must only confirm the receipt of the order after verifying the product received is as described in the offer and in working condition. Confirming the receipt of the order indicates that the buyer is satisfied with the purchase and finalizing the transaction. The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the purchased Goods and/or Services if no claim, issues and/or complaints are raised or made by the relevant Buyer to PlayersLoot within seventy two (72) hours upon delivery of the purchased Goods and/or Services. Refunds will not be given for orders which are finalised and completed.

In the event of a trading dispute,the buyer has 72 hours to respond to PlayersLoot support team for information by providing evidence for validation. PlayersLoot will deem the issue resolved and close the dispute when the buyer fails to do so within the stipulated time frame.

All payment disputes or chargeback is not covered by PlayersLoot. PlayersLoot will stop the investigation and any request including refunds will not be entertained in this scenario.

Product Category : Gift Cards and Video Games
PlayersLoot shall not be held responsible for the loss or damage of the Gift Cards / Video Games and any of the losses or damages suffered by the holder of the Gift Cards / Video Games that arise from or in connection with the loss or damage of the Gift Cards / Video Games.
Since the purchase is a digital product, it is deemed as “downloaded” after the Gift Cards / Video Games is delivered to the buyer's PlayersLoot account. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict non-refundable or exchangeable.

Product Category : Game Service (game accounts, coins, coaching, boosting service, and game items)
Buying in-game Services for real money is against the Game Developer / Game Publisher terms and conditions for most online games. Game Service (including game accounts, coins, coaching, boosting service, and game items), would be risk of being banned, suspended, blocked and retrieved.

By purchasing the Game Service, buyers agree and accept the Terms and Conditions of the Game Developer / Game Publisher's Policy. PlayersLoot shall be under no liability whatsoever to buyers that violate the Game Developer / Game Publisher's Policy. PlayersLoot would not undertake any responsibility and never accept canceling the order or refund after the order completed.

Product Category : Direct Top Up
Buyer must read the product description thoroughly and confirm that the game name, server, account name and the amount purchased are correct before proceeding to final checkout.

PlayersLoot assumes no liability for wrong purchases made by the customer due to negligence and/or false or wrong information provided, which may result in damages and losses.

Order Cancellation Policy
  • For any cancellation request, the buyer must click on the “Open Dispute” button or directly open a Ticket on the Help Center With all the informations required for the reason of the refund. PlayersLoot will process the cancellation request according to order status.
  • When the buyer places a new order, an email and alert will be sent to notify the seller.
  • Seller will proceed to view the delivery information once preparation is completed and ready for delivery. When the buyer cancels the order at this stage.If the seller have already delivered the product the refund request is not accepted.
  • Once the seller has delivered the order, the buyer may confirm the delivery and release the funds to the seller by clicking "Confirm Received" at the order page. The system will automatically confirm the delivery if the buyer did not do so within 3 days upon delivery of the order, the time is 7 days for account orders.
Return Policy
  • Once a transaction has been completed, there are absolutely no returns. By completing the transaction, you are agreeing to accepting the item and finalizing the transaction.
  • Do not return the in-game items under any circumstances and regardless of the reasons given, even if it's the same character that just traded with you. Only scammers will ask for the items back, and you are solely liable and responsible for your own action if you return the items.
Non-Recurring Payment Policy
  • For any payment based services, PlayersLoot do not offer any kind of subscription-based or recurring services. All payments made to PlayersLoot are for one-time purchases only, and this applies to all product categories, including gift cards, video games, game service, and direct top-up services.
  • The buyer is required to input all relevant information, such as quantity, character name, server type, or any special notes for the seller, on the product page during each purchase. The final amount, including all applicable fees and taxes, will be clearly displayed on the website on the payment page. If the buyer deems the final amount to be incorrect, they have the option to not proceed with the purchase. PlayersLoot encourages buyers to carefully review their order details before finalizing their purchase to ensure accuracy.
  • PlayersLoot assumes no liability for wrong order details made by the customer due to proven negligence and/or false or wrong information provided before finalizing their purchase which may result in damages and losses.

About the refund, please contact our 24/7 online customer service under reasonable conditions. Your refund request will be verified after you submit the order number and the reason for the refund. If the request is approved, The refund will be returned to the buyer`s account or bank card.

*Special case: If you pay by “paysafecard”, you should provide a usable Paypal account or Skrill account to get refund.

Refund processing time:We will process the refund request in 5 working days,but the exact time of refund is determined by the processing speed of different banks.
